Returns & Exchanges

At Gem Jewelers, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return or exchange window for all unworn jewelry in its original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Your Shipment

  Place your jewelry back in its original Gem Jewelers presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master jewelers inspect the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
